Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that life changes, and sometimes you need to adjust your plans. Our policy for canceling the course is as follows: Cancellation Window: You may cancel your purchase of the course within 10 calendar days from the original purchase date. Refund Terms: If you cancel within the 10-day period, you will receive a refund less a non-refundable fee of $500. This fee covers administrative costs, scheduling commitments, and preliminary materials provided. Additionally, the cost of any sessions already used will be deducted from your refund. How to Cancel: To cancel your enrollment, please submit your request in writing via email to info@deanalise.com. Your cancellation will be considered effective upon receipt of your request. Used Sessions: If you have already attended any sessions as part of the course, the cost of those sessions will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the $500 non-refundable fee. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Policy Acknowledgment: By purchasing this course, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. No Refund After 10 Days: Refunds or cancellations are not available after the 10-day window has passed.
