At Dean Alise, we are committed to providing high-quality divorce coaching services. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service or digital product.
1. Coaching Sessions
All payments for 1-on-1 coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
* You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time.
* If you cancel within the required time frame, your session may be rescheduled without penalty.
* Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
2. Coaching and/or Course Packages
If you purchase a coaching package:
* Refunds are available only for unused sessions, less a $500 non-refundable fee within 30 days of purchase.
* Used sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate in addition to $500 non-refundable fee before any refund is issued.
* After 30 days, packages are considered non-refundable.
If you purchase a multi-session course:
* Refunds are available only for unused sessions, less $500 non-refundable fee within 10 days of purchase.
* Used sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate in addition to $500 non-refundable fee before any refund is issued.
* After 10 days, packages are considered non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
By purchasing the course or coaching package, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Workbooks, Online Courses)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues or did not receive your product, please contact us at info@deanalise.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Refunds outside of the terms listed above may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or ask about your eligibility, please email us at info@deanalise.com with:
* Your full name
* Date of purchase
* Service or product purchased
* Reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the loss of access to all services and products. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation of your purchase and our refund policy.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this refund policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
