Dean Alise offers a comprehensive divorce planning course tailored to empower women managing high-conflict divorces. Drawing from personal experiences, our founder provides practical tools and strategies to help navigate this challenging time with confidence. Join us to access invaluable resources to support you through this journey. Over the course of 5 sessions, we will discuss: Module 1: Intro / Preparing for Divorce - Assessing your situation and gathering evidence - Building a support network - Creating a safety plan for yourself and your children - Seeking therapy and support for yourself and your children Module 2: Legal & Logistical Preparedness - Finding the right attorney - Understanding the legal process and your rights - How will high conflict ex impact your case - Documenting incidents and gathering evidence for court Module 3: Not Co-Parenting, Parallel Parenting - Establishing boundaries and communication guidelines - Developing strategies to minimize conflict and manipulation - Protecting your children and creating a positive parallel-parenting environment Module 4: Self-Care and Healing - Rebuilding self-esteem and self-worth - Coping with the emotional aftermath of the relationship - Continuing therapy and support for yourself and your children Module 5: Thriving After Divorce - Reclaiming your life and finding your purpose - Building healthy relationships - Financial awareness and post-divorce action plan
Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation and Refund Policy You may cancel your purchase of the course within 5 calendar days from the original purchase date. If you cancel within the 5-day period, you will receive a refund less a non-refundable fee of $75. Additionally, the cost of any sessions already used will be deducted from your refund. To cancel your enrollment, please submit your request in writing via email to info@deanalise.com. If you have already attended any sessions as part of the course, the cost of those sessions will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the $75 non-refundable fee. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds or cancellations are not available after the 5-day window has passed. No Make-Up Sessions: If you are unable to attend a live session, we do not offer refunds, credits, or alternative access to the content discussed. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Confidentiality Commitment: These sessions are a space for open, respectful dialogue. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by other participants and not to disclose or distribute personal details, stories, or coaching content shared during the session. Technical Access: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and functioning technology. Missed sessions due to technical difficulties on your end are not refundable. Policy Acknowledgment: By purchasing this course and/or participating in these sessions, you acknowledge and confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
